FORMER Minister of State for Defence and the Ogwa of Warri Kingdom, Chief Roland Oritsejafor, 75, in a sizzling interview in Warri, Delta State, speaks extensively on some topical issues ranging from insecurity, development in the Niger Delta, to the ongoing anti-graft war. Chief Oritsejafor, a medical doctor by training, practiced pediatrics in Warri for many years before going into politics.
