The Senate president, Dr. Bukola Saraki is currently having a closed-door meeting with the Governor of Delta state, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa at the state government house.

Reports have it that the number three citizen of Nigeria visited Okowa unannounced. Recall that Saraki had visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Ibrahim Babangida since he defected to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

His reasons for the meeting have not been disclosed as at the time of filling this report, but would not be unconnected from his purported presidential ambition.
