The Otemunoruemu of Olomu Kingdom, Ughelli, Delta State, Olorogun Okiemute Okwagbe, has commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for constructing the Effuruntor/Ovwor bridge which has been neglected for many years by successive governments.

Okwagbe, a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, chieftain, in his goodwill message to the governor, said: “Ughelli South has never had it so good. As a prominent leader in Effuruntor Kingdom, the onus rests on me to appreciate the governor for his magnanimity towards my people.”
He stressed that the bridge was an important project pivotal to the commercial and industrial potential of the kingdom.
