Lagos—Two years after he was deposed as the Baale of Gberigbe Orilade community, Chief Oluwasegun Ogunlana has been reinstalled as the Baale of the community, in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

The Baale was installed by the late Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oba S.A Oyefusi in October 18, 2008.

While more than seven Baales in Okorodu were present at a colouful event to welcome him back to the city, led by Jagun Osalade Chieftaincy family of Omitoro land in Ikorodu, Waheed Odusoga who is the current chairman of the council of Baales.

Other monarchs present at the ceremony appealed for a peaceful coexistence amongst the good people of the commununity.

They are Baale of Jaiyesimi, Baale of Poro Bage, Baale of Okeolokun, Baale Agura Iponmi, and Beale of Eleshin who were in solidarity with the reinstalled Baale.
