Makurdi—Leaders of Utyondu community in Guma Local Government Area have assured Governor Samuel Ortom that they would support his re-election in 2019.

They spoke during a courtesy call on the governor and his wife at the Benue Peoples House in Makurdi.

The community comprises three council wards of Mbabai, Mbadwem and Uvir in Guma Local Government Area.

Those who spoke included Teryima Apu, Joseph Igba, Saakuma Tyokohol, James Gwabo, Mrs. Joyce Ortese and Justice Augustine Utsaha (rtd) and Dickson Tarkighir, a member of the House of Representatives.

They regretted not supporting him in 2015, but assured that they would vote massively for his re-election in 2019.
