The President, Techmodular/financial bridge incorporation USA, Ms. Carol Abelleira, has called on the Federal Government to synergize with key industry players in the development of modular refineries, other vital energy and industrialization projects within Nigeria to boost a sustainable economy growth.

Ms. Abelleira, who made this call during the unveiling of programmes for the development of modular refineries, solar power plants and renewable energy solution for Africa recently in Lagos, said that Modular refineries will help the country create unlimited supply and distribution of petroleum products for Nigerians and African regional market. Also support other viable initiatives of the federal Government for a holistic economic growth of the Nation.

“We are collaborating with 3K Synergy Limited and Global Branding and Human Resource GBHR, services, Nigeria Limited to organize a two day seminar and market place exhibition which is targeted at promoting the development of Modular Crude Oil Refineries, solar power plants, Gas plants.

“Our ultimate objective is to partner with our associated company Financial bridge Inc. USA, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, the Niger Delta states Governments as well as other Nigerian Government Agencies and Private sector Associations members, to secure U.S Private Equity Funds and Export Import Bank, U.S. Ex-Im Bank financing to fund the development of Modular Crude Oil Refineries, Gas and power projects in Nigeria.”

She added that the proposed partnership will aid in repositioning the economic strength of the country, ensuring stable availability of refined petroleum product at a lesser price and cut off the cost of importation.

“Also assist in the industrialization, with benefit of job creation and skills development and further discourage vandals by committing host communities as stakeholders in the project through community cooperative unions,” she submitted

Speaking also at the press conference, the Team Leader of the Global Branding and Human Resource services limited, Ms. Jane Akangson, who stated that “Every barrel of crude oil produce in the country contains 17 product, Premium Motor Spirit, PMS popularly known as Petrol, bitumen, Diesel, Dual Purpose Kerosene, DPK, as so on. Each refining of the reserve, reactivate huge business around it, thus enhance the country’s economic strength.

“We believe that if we have a lot of modular refineries in Nigeria, fuel issue would be a thing of the past. We all know that the country refineries are not in good shape, we think this is a new dimension in terms of economic growth in Nigeria, because we can do almost nothing without fuel, as we have seen in the past few months, we cannot even move, no electricity.”
