Following the indefinite adjournment by the Appeal Court, sitting in Abuja, to deliver judgement on the appeal by Senate President, Bukola Saraki against the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), to try him over alleged false declaration of assets, Nigerians have expressed mixed feelings over the decision.
While several Nigerians have argued that there is a political undertone to Saraki’s ordeal, others are however, of the view that the N0. 3 man in the country’s hierarchy of leadership should be allowed to face the music.
