Omo-Agege seeks Clark’s support

UGHELLI—FORMER Secretary to Delta State Government, Obaisi Ovie Omo-Agege, has solicited for the support of Chief Edwin Clark in pursuance of his 2015 gubernatorial ambition.

Omo-Agege who spoke when he paid a consultative visit to Chief Clark in his Kiagbodo country home, said, “I am in the governorship race not because I am an Urhobo man. We know that there is the Anioma agenda and there is the Urhobo agenda. I do not subscribe to any of these. I am running because of my own agenda, which is the pan-Delta agenda.”

Soliciting for Chief Clark blessings, Omo-Agege reiterated that he would tackle the problem of insecurity and unemployment plaguing the state through the establishment of Community Security Marshalls, adding “Able bodied youth who are unemployed would be employed and paid livable wages as is obtainable in the civil service.
