Nigeria international, Obafemi Martins has continued with his rich form in the MLS as he increased his goal tally to 15 after he got a brace and made an assist in a 4-2 win for Sounders against Chivas USA.

Popularly known as ObaGoal, Martins is now Sounders FC top single scorer knocking off Eddie Johnson ‘s fourteen set in 2012.

On Saturday, Obafemi Martins showed class, his continuous runs troubled Chivas USA back line which later gave up to two of his goals.

The former FC Ebedei forward who has been snubbed by Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi seem to know Chivas so well. In 2014 alone, ObaGoal has scored five goals and made an assist against Chivas USA.

After Saturday’s 4-2 victory, Martins has emerged as Seattle Sounders FC top season scorer with 15 goals and 10 assists.
