Accord Party has accused suspected thugs of the APC of vandalizing billboards bearing the picture of the party’s governorship candidate, Mr Kole Ajayi.

Mr Ajayi said that he got a report from the chairman of Accord in Ekiti West, Pastor Felix Adeyeye that  suspected thugs had boasted that they would vandalise the billboards.
According to him, the police in Aramoko was informed and the suspect escaped arrest only for the billboard to be thorn overnight as boasted.

Ajayi expressed worry over the incessant violence in the electioneering campaign and called on all stakeholders to ensure that, peace and tranquility reign supreme in the forthcoming election.
He said the issue should not be a do or die affair.
