LAGOS—The Lagos chapter of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSAN, has directed its members to comply with the directive of its national body to commence warning strike next week Wednesday.

In a communique issued at the end of their emergency meeting in Lagos, yesterday, the body argued that the strike action will make the government sit tight and respond to their demands.

In the communique by E.O. Abioye, Segun Agboola and Bayo Gboye, the chairman, assistant general secretary and public relations officer respectively, the union said: “The exco in session hereby directs all staff to comply with the three-day warning strike commencing from March12-14,  2014.”

It advised the national body to adhere strictly to the warning given by the national body to avoid the strike.
