An Ilorin Magistrate Court, Kwara State,  Tuesday, remanded a middle-aged farmer, Abu Oseni, for allegedly kidnapping a 13-year-old boy, Abdulra-sheed Abdulsalam.

The accused, a neighbour to the victim’s father, was said to have kidnapped the boy on May 5 at Busam Village, Moro Council.

Prosecutor, Sgt. Baliqees Adu, said the victim’s father was told on September 6 from the Criminal Investigation Department, CID, Akure, Ondo State that his son was with them.

Adu said the accused took the victim to Ore in Ondo State, where he subjected him to hard labour without the consent of his parents.
