The Directorate of Public Prosecutions, DPP has concluded the prosecution of it’s case against Mr Akolade Arowolo accused of killing his banker wife, Titilayo in June last year with the presentation of it’s  last witness, Mr Kingsley Ehebhe, a fraud analyst at MTN.

Ehebhe presented  the call logs of Arowolo,  of calls made and received on the day, his wife was killed and other calls between June 1 and July 26, 2011.

When the logs were presented to the court as evidence, the defence counsel, Mr Olarenwaju Ajanaku  objected with claims the log entries were blurred and that it did  not comply with the evidence act.

However Justice Lateefa Okunnu,  overruled and admitted the call logs.

After the prosecuting team closed their case,  counsel to Arowolo said he had five witnesses.  The court  however adjourned to Nov. 29.

Arowolo was charged to court in December for allegedly stabbing his wife to death on  June, 24, 2011, at their residence at  Isolo, Lagos.
