Speaking with popular Turkish newspaper Fanatik, the former Esperance of Tunisia hit-man, who joined Sivasspor penultimate, also talked about how his mother’s death adversely affected his game at the time.

He said “during the first half of the season, I had unfortunate injuries and other incidents. However, everything has been fine in the new year. I promised to score a lot of goals and am delighted about how well things have turned out.

“I do my best to be part of the team. I played the first half of the season with unexpected injuries and unfortunate events. The pain of losing my mother lasted for a long time. However, I have overcome that and am now opposing goalkeeper’s nightmare. “Everything is perfect now and I have already scored scored six goals in the new year.”
