Guinean national team coach, Michel Dussuyer is preparing his team to salvage at least a point when they clash with the Eagles October 8 in Abuja.
A result that will effectively destroy the ambition of Samson Siasia Eagles to book automatic qualification for the 2012 Nations Cup.
Guinea lead the group with 13 points with Nigeria in tow with ten points. A draw will see the Syli Stars of Guinea through.
Dussuyer said that his team will do their best to get a favorable result in Abuja: “It is one match we are looking forward to.
“We know the importance of getting a favourable result and that is what we intend to do.”
The Eagles need to score at least two goals to secure the ticket. Guinea the only team in the group B qualifiers to taste defeat, beat Nigeria 1-0 in the first leg. The Eagles have won all their home games and they are looking to put as much as three past the Syli Stars.
