Dimension Data, an IT services and solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Carl Gandeborn as its new Managing Director for West Africa.
Other new appointments include Graham Dinwoodie; Commercial Director, Willie Ekweogwu; National Sales Executive, Ice Odigue; General Manager for Data Centre Solutions, Alex Duke; General Manager, Network Integration & Converged Communications, and Olayinka Edmond; Marketing and Communications Manager.
The new appointments also include promotions from within the company, part of internal restructuring to better position the organisation and drive new business initiatives in line with market developments.
Mr. Gandeborn is expected to bring extensive executive experience in technology, having managed operations in West Africa.
He has solid grounding in business management and strategy execution and joins Dimension Data from UK-based Eleva Consulting where he was the Managing Director responsible for market expansion and performance improvement.
He has worked in various emerging economies from Asia to South America, to Africa and has gained a rich blend of experience working in widely different industries.
