The company which focuses on the provision of enterprise technology and business applications to private organizations and government, launched the solution during its Annual Contact Centre Seminar, held recently in Lagos.
According to the company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Sonny Oyediran, who spoke last week in Lagos during the annual contact centre seminar, he said that the product is the company’s first Contact Centre solutions ever to be developed specifically for the Nigerian market, with a built_in CRM engine that incorporate the use of voice, data, video and Geo-location and is expected to improve customer service delivery in the country.
“The business processes and technologies that is implemented in the QTM IP was designed specifically for the Nigerian business environment and the operational constrains that continues to be dominant in the local market,” he said.
“QTM IP is an Internet Protocol, IP based Contact Centre system designed to intergrade directly into the Nigerian business environment. It is a Plug & Play solution that can be deployed in 100 days with attendant cost.
He explained that QTM IP is a product with which Customer Services Agents will be able to respond to multiple customer contacts _ telephone calls, E_mail, SMS and Instant Messaging. The company’s new Social Network Integration Engine is also expected to allow Customer Services Agents to respond to customers on Facebook, Blackberry and others.
