Court orders hearing against EFCC over ex-Benue Commissioner

Pursuant to the matter brought before it by a concerned Benue State indigene and political activist Mr. Anongo Cydex, an Abuja High Court has ordered the commencement of substantive hearing against Economic and Financial Crimes Cimmission, EFCC, for failing to initiate the prosecution of a former Benue State Government official for an alleged financial impropriety.
