Amnesty: FG to site new towns in oil producing areas
CHAIRMAN, Infrastructure Sub-Committee of the Amnesty programme and Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Chief Ufot Ekaette, said, yesterday, the proposed new towns would be sited in selected oil producing communities in the nine states which make up the Niger Delta region.
