CHAIRMAN, Infrastructure Sub-Committee of the Amnesty programme and Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Chief Ufot Ekaette, said, yesterday, the proposed new towns would be sited in selected oil producing communities in the nine states which make up the Niger Delta region.

DELTA State Deputy Governor, Prof. Amos Utuama (SAN), has enjoined council chairmen in the state to always carry their deputies along, citing the harmonious relationship that existed between him and the governor in steering the ship of the state as example worthy of emulation.
