THE 2011 APC governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi state and chieftain of the party in Ebonyi state, Senator Julius Ucha, yesterday accused the National Working Committee, NWC of the party of introducing illegality in the electoral process of the last ward congress conducted in the state.
