Voter apathy mars Anambra Supplementary election

Low turn-out of voters marred the Supplementary Anambra governorship  governorship election holding in 210 polling units in the state. In most of the polling units visited by our correspondents, sensitive electoral materials arrived early in most of the polling units. But, despite the early arrival these materials, the number of eligible voters, who came out for the accreditation exercise was very low compared to the turn-out during the November 16 and 17 elections
