Election Petition: INEC, APC frustrating Atiku’s quest for Justice – PDP
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Saturday accused the Professor Mahmood Yakubu-led Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, of disobeying the March 6, 2019 ruling of the Appeal Court, directing it to allow its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, access to inspect the documents and materials used in the February 23, 2019 Presidential election.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Saturday, accused the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, of disobeying the ruling of the Appeal Court, wherein the court directed him to allow the party’s candidate, Atiku Abubakar, access to inspect the documents and materials used in the just concluded Presidential election that saw the victory of the incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari.
