Inter religious dialogue key to tolerance- Habeeb
The proprietor of Al-Azhar International, School, Lokoja, Kogi State, one of the frontline Islamic secondary schools in the country, Dr Yakeen Habeeb, has urged adherents of the two dominant religions in Nigeria – Muslims and non-Muslims to focus on inter religious dialogue between Muslims and Christians inorder to further understand both religious béliefs, aspirations and goals for mankind.

The World Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Fifth Khalifa (Caliph), His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad has said that Ahmadi Muslims will not take revenge or resort to violence even in the face of persecution. He added that rather than avenging any wrong done unto him, Ahmadi Muslim will only respond with peace as Islam teaches.

MSSN commends Lagos’ ruling on hijab
The Amir, Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, MSSN B-Zone Alhaji Mushafau Kehinde Alaran has commended the court ruling on the use of hijabs in schools in Lagos state, saying “We are happy with the judgement. We believe in the judiciary”.
