Elders group of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Nigeria, Majlis Ansarullah, has planned a free médical serviçes for people in Ogbese, Ikere-Ekiti, as part of its 41st Annual National Ijtema (Convention) slated for Friday, August 5-7, 2016 at the Ekiti State Government College, Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State.

The medical camp will involve medical checks/diagnosis for blood pressure, blood sugar level and visual acuity test to know those who may require the use of eye glasses. Free drugs and free eye glasses would be given to the needy patients after proper examination by a team of medical personnel.
The convention which is themed: ‘Real Global Reformation and Revolution – The Islamic Prescription’ will be preceded with a courtesy call to some eminent personalities in the State. As part of pre-Convention programme, there will be a free medical camp.
The convention will be opened on Friday, August 5, after a Juma’at service to be led by the National Amir, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Nigeria, Dr. Mashhud Adenrele Fashola. Other programmes lined up for the 3-day event include lectures, Quranic recitation competition, Speech and Quiz contest, sports activities like athletics, table tennis, power-pull, walking and concentrations race among others.
