Scopus rating of journals: UNN scholar, Verlumun’s Ianna, scores high
A lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Dr Gever Verlumun, has put Nigeria on the global map, as a journal he set up, the Ianna Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies, has outperformed 72 percent of other journals globally under the multidisciplinary category. This is based on the 2024 data on journal performance released by Scopus in June 2024.
