In a bid to provide equal opportunities for children from all socio-economic backgrounds, Pinkfields Academy recently held its 2024 graduation and prize-giving ceremony.

Located in Satellite Town, Lagos, the academy aims to bridge the gap between the affluent and the middle class by offering top-quality education at an affordable rate.

The Chairman of the board of Directors of Pinkfields Academy, Mr. Okey Ibeke, emphasized the school’s vision of providing children with IT skills to compete globally.

He stated: “The school was established to train and nurture young people in the latest IT infrastructure. The purpose of siting the school in Satellite Town is to provide middle-class parents with the opportunity for their children to have the same experience and knowledge as their counterparts in areas like Lekki, creating equal opportunities for children of  all divides.”

Highlighting the school’s growth, Ibeke noted that from its establishment in 2019 with 22 pupils, Pinkfields Academy has expanded to accommodate over 90 pupils, demonstrating its commitment to providing quality education.

During the event themed: “A Tree-Mendous Journey From Seed to Success, the Chairman of the ceremony and Editor-in-Chief of South-South International, Dr. Ovie Edomi, commended Pinkfields Academy for its dedication to not only teaching the pupils but also grooming them.”
