Following Wednesday’s ruling by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, declaring Mr. Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, as the rightful candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the Ondo governorship election, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, this night, has reinstated Jegede as the rightful PDP candidate, delisting Jimoh Ibrahim.
