ABEOKUTA—A  businessman,  Mr. Adekoya Boladale  has dragged three commissioners in Ogun State to court over their failure to provide him the certified true  copies  of debt records of the state between January 2011 and December 2013.

The plaintiff  who  sought  the leave of the Court  to bring an application  for an order of mandamus  against Commissioner for  Finance  Kemi Adeosun and his counterpart in the Ministry of Works,  Lekan Adegbite who are second and third defendants respectively while the Commissioner for Justice was joined  in the suit.
