…Boosts Project Management Capacity
A five-day Oracle Primavera P6 training programme sponsored by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and executed by Mathnebi Nig Ltd has concluded successfully in Delta State.
The training, which brought together 50 participants from various organisations, was designed to equip attendees with practical project management skills using Oracle Primavera P6, a globally recognised project planning and scheduling software. Organisers said the programme achieved its objective of improving participants’ ability to plan, schedule and manage projects effectively.
In his closing remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of Mathnebi Nig Ltd, Mathias Osanebi, expressed appreciation to NCDMB for the opportunity to execute the capacity-building initiative.
He also commended Bola Tinubu for his support for the board under the leadership of Felix Omatsola Ogbe, noting that such backing has strengthened efforts to build the capacity of Nigerian professionals in the oil and gas sector.
Participants praised NCDMB and Mathnebi Nig Ltd for organising what they described as a well-structured and impactful training programme. They highlighted the expertise of the trainers and the quality of the training materials, stating that the programme exceeded their expectations.
The training forms part of NCDMB’s broader strategy to build local capacity and promote sustainable development in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. The board’s continued investment in skills development is expected to enhance professional competence and support the sector’s long-term growth.
