Okeyson Transports has paid a courtesy visit to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen safety standards and promote responsible road transport practices in Nigeria.

The visit, which took place earlier this week, was led by the Managing Director of the company, Mr. Charles Okey-Udeji, alongside members of the company’s leadership team. The engagement provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange ideas on improving road safety, enhancing driver professionalism and deepening collaboration between the private transport sector and regulatory authorities.

Speaking during the visit, Okey-Udeji emphasised that passenger safety remains a core priority for Okeyson Transports, noting that safety is viewed not merely as a regulatory requirement but as a fundamental responsibility to customers and the wider society.

Discussions during the meeting focused on opportunities for collaboration in areas such as driver training, safety awareness campaigns, compliance monitoring and the adoption of best practices to enhance road transport safety.
