It was a great day of celebration for all graduants of the Fortreal Real Estate Academy as they did a combined graduation ceremony of their Cohort 17, 18 and 19 of the academy.

It is incredible to note that for 19 months consecutively, the academy has trained and graduated students from across Nigeria and three other countries.

This gives us hope for the future of real estate in Nigeria seeing that realtors both new and old, developers and other real estate professionals are taking structured trainings that equip them to be better professionals and business people.

The Lead Facilitator, Raymond Ijeomah expressed joy for the impact the academy is making and while addressing the audience, he promised that the academy just started. “We are and we will keep impacting the real estate sector with our real estate courses and comprehensive learning program”.

Victor Audu, who is a developer stated, “It was really an eye opening experience for me in so many ways, especially the Real Estate Law course, and the Government regulation and compliance course which were my major reasons for taking the course. I came to see that a lot of things I had taken for granted over the years, even as a developer, were so important and that I needed to start paying close attention to them in order to avoid eminent sanctions.

“I like to sincerely thank the entire team of Fortreal Real Estate Academy, for putting this course together, it is so revolutionary as far as Real Estate in Nigeria is concerned”.

Onotu Emmanuel also stated, “Learning from Barr. Raymond has been really enlightening, from the sales and marketing course, tax course to the law course, it all came together perfectly to give me a solid foundation in Real Estate and I would love to say a big thank you to Fortreal Estate Academy for this impactful program.”

Two other participants stated how they were able to close good deals by applying what they were learning in real time from the course and indeed, in the words of another graduant, Faith Baras, Fortreal is indeed the No 1 real estate academy.
