In a bid to alleviate the burden of increasingly high transportation costs on the general public, a firm, Rida Nigeria, has introduced a new hailing service aimed at providing affordable and convenient transportation options.

The service has a spotlight negotiation feature that allows users to determine the price they pay for trips on the Rida app.
The statement reads: “Nigeria’s pioneer “set your price” ride-hailing service RIDA NIGERIA has teamed up with top advertising firm Leo African Communications to spotlight our negotiation feature that allows users to determine the price they pay for trips on the RIDA app.
“The latest version of the RIDA app introduces a time-saving and super-fast navigation system, allowing users to set their own prices and enabling nearby drivers to bid for rides in less than 60 seconds.
“Amidst the country’s current unstable economic situation, RIDA is helping users save money on their commutes via their negotiation feature, as users can bid prices to suit them. The new RIDA app is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate through.
“After a successful run in Lagos & Abuja, and with a recent launch in Port-Harcourt & Benin City, RIDA has become the go-to App to help ease the rise in the cost of transportation for Nigerians.
“With over 10,000 drivers and counting across different locations, RIDA is using the new negotiating feature to help ease the rise in cost of transportation for Nigerians.”
