Amanda Van Annan is one of the top models who was born in 1982. She is a beauty expert, blockchain enthusiast, actress, author, entrepreneur and an experienced professional in the modelling and entertainment industry. For over twenty years, she learnt many things as a model while working in the modelling industry.

Amanda has decided to advise and help the young aspiring and struggling models and has recently launched a book named “Win The Runway.” The book is all about advice and tips for the models to make their name in the modelling industry. The book reveals all the pros and cons of the modelling world. She wants to reach as many young models who are looking for a mentor and prove there is more to modelling than just good looks.

Amanda wants to share her wisdom on different kinds of subjects. Most of the issues that a model can face in their line of work are sexual abuse, demotivation, drug abuse, nepotism, racial discrimination and body shaming. She raises awareness by discussing them in her book.

Amanda’s first assignment as a model was for a Vidal Sassoon campaign. In the campaign, her work was to introduce hair care products to ethnic groups. She has worked in various places in the world including Paris, London, and New York.

Amanda says that there will be ups and downs in this industry. There are the worst situations that a model has to deal with all the time as part of their work. In the book, there are tips for models on photoshoots, open-calls, and castings. Amanda believes herself as “The Model Coach ”and says, “I am a self-styled guru that helps models to achieve their full potential”.

Amanda Van Annan shares her knowledge and experience with the upcoming generation of models who have to go through the same phases in the workplace which she went through being a model. She wants to guide everyone. She wants all the aspiring models to be successful. People will demotivate you in all stages of life and try to pull you back from reaching your goal, but one should believe in themselves and trust the process. No matter how many challenges you face, you have to continue to strive until your goals are achieved.

“I am also launching a multiband beauty eCommerce site which is not yet launched so I don’t know how relevant that may be but perhaps in the future it may be launched depending on when we plan to release articles”, says Amanda. Win The Runway will launch an online model coaching program teaming up with Models worldwide, photographers and agents who together will help to launch a global coaching program only for the aspiring models.
