Emerald Park Estate has joined the growing list of housing estates in the highbrow Lekki corridor in Lagos. The estate which comprises 105 units of various housing types is situated in the prime area of Ajah, Lekki Peninsular.. Emerald Park Estate is a mixed development by Messrs Emerald Cooperative Society. It is buffered by first class infrastructure which include interlocking stones finished road network, water treatment plant, underground electrification, fire hydrant network and converged telecom system.
