All is now set for the final of the 12th edition of the Oceanic Bank/Delta State Federation Cup final as defending champion Warri Wolves Football Club of Warri trade tackles with Okpe United Football Club of Sapele at the Warrri City Stadium.

The game which is expected to kick-off at 3pm today would see re-elected governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan leading other top government functionaries that includes the state deputy governor Professor Amos A. Utuama to watch the game that promises to be explosive. The final which will be preceded by the 3rd place game between Sagwe Football Club of Udu and Iwere United Football Club has ex-international Adokiye Amiesimaka as chairman and former Super Eagles Captain Stephen Keshi as a special guest.

Also as part of the tradition of the Delta Federation Cup final, music rave Flavour will be on hand to thrill the soccer fans who will throng the Warri City Stadium for the great game.

According to the chief host of the event, Amaju Melvin Pinnick who doubles as the Delta FA boss and chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, the final promises to be another fun filled event as Oceanic Bank has been so supportive of the actions of the FA for the past 12 years.

Already the vice chairman of the DFA and former Super eagles captain, Austin  Okocha and members of his committee saddled with the responsibility of organising the final has been on ground at the Warri City Stadium putting finishing touches to the arena.

It would be recalled that to reach the final, Warri Wolves overcame the hard fighting Sagwe Football Club 5-4 on penalties while Okpe United beat new comers Iwere Football Club 6-5 also on penalties.
