Assetium Properties Limited, a subsidiary of the Assetium Group, has unveiled its operations in Lagos.
The unveiling signals a bold entrance into Nigeria’s real estate market, positioning the company as a premier provider of luxury residential developments, serviced apartments, and professional property management services.

The launch event brought together dignitaries and industry leaders, including His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulwasiu Omogbolahan Lawal, Abisogun II, the Oniru of Iruland, who graced the occasion as Royal Guest of Honour.
