In commemoration of the International Women’s Day celebration, Glenfiddich, the iconic single malt whisky brand, hosted its inaugural ‘Celebration of Her brunch’, on March 28th, as a tribute to Women’s History Month, a toast to the trailblazers reshaping industries, and a nod to the growing sisterhood of whisky connoisseurs.
The event, held in Lagos brought together influential and emerging women, including collaborators like Nancy Isime and Shaffy Bello.
The gathering was part of Glenfiddich’s ‘CelebrateTheBold,’ campaign, which honors pioneers challenging norms and inspiring change.
A panel session titled “The Bold and the Brave: Women Who Lead, Inspire, and Transform” featured exceptional women discussing breaking societal barriers, owning success, driving innovation, and redefining leadership.
The conversation was moderated by Olive Emodi and included panelists Jola Ayeye, Rewa Udoji, and Njidechukwuka Emu.
This is even as Glenfiddich reiterated its commitment to celebrating women who dare to be bold adding, “Successful legacies are built by those unafraid to take up space, speak their truth, and inspire others to do the same.”
The event concluded with a karaoke session, showcasing the women’s energy and camaraderie.
