…commences efforts to rebuild party in S/South

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), National Vice Chairman, South-South, Chief Dan Orbih, has donated a Secretariat to Edo State chapter of the party.

He also said the state chapter of the party lacks a functional secretariat for the discharge of its duties.

Orbih, who said this while briefing party members in Benin City, consequently pledged to donate a secretariat to the party.

In addition, he stressed the need for party members to be united, adding that efforts have commenced to rebuild the party in South-South geopolitical zone.

His words: “I am going to donate to the party a functional party state Secretariat. When we have those who will speak for the party constructively, it would help to administer the affairs of the party in the state.

“I have instructed party leaders to identify a suitable secretariat, and I will personally fund it to ensure the PDP has a proper office,” Orbih pledged.”
