Kwara State is poised to make a significant leap in its real estate sector with the inaugural Kwara Real Estate Conference (KWAREC) 2025, a groundbreaking event supported by the Kwara State Government, the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, Kwara State Chapter and other prominent industry organizations.

Scheduled for Saturday, May 24th 2025, at the Ilorin Banquet Hall, this conference promises to be a pivotal moment for stakeholders across the region.

Under the theme “Aspiring to Elevate (ATE),” KWAREC 2025 aims to transform Kwara into a leading real estate development and investment hub.
