Angela Kariuki, also known as ‘Camille Storm’, is regarded the African Music Executive, plugging media and entertainment across Africa boarders to the diasporas.

The publicist and talent developer is one of the youngest from East Africa pioneering the pop culture among other African countries and investing into to African entertainment and media. The A&R executive is one of the major key players from Kenya pushing other African brands, and pop cultures. She has single-handedly built her network for established and non-established musical artiste. Camille, a music enthusiast who began sharing her thought on various singles and albums on her personal blog ‘The Camille Way’.

Prior to 2018, she began her career as a freelance journalist to various media houses, and the likes of; Up Magazine, Boiler Room, Daily Nation, Thought Catalog, OkayAfrica, The Fader, and Coeval Magazine; to founding her own imprint Camille & Co. for A&R/Media services, to eventually launching an indie digital distributing company ‘Camille & Co. Distro’, for established and non-established musicians.

  1. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
  2. She was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya.
  3. She started out as a music blogger with her blog ,The Camille Way, when she was 15 years old where she reviewed and critiqued new albums and singles.
  4. She has done Public Relations work for artists like WANI, Mayorkun, Lojay, Blaqbonez, T.I Blaze, Skillz 8figure and many major African artists.
  5. She has 3 diplomas in French from the Alliance Francaise Institut in Nairobi, Kenya.
