ANIOMA Youths Forum, (Worldwide), AYF-W, Tuesday, rejected the appointment of a Sole Administrator to run the affairs of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, insisting that the appointment of a Sole Administrator was in violation of the Act establishing the Commission.
