Oyeleke Ajiboye: A mind with no limitation

…a typical story of an average Nigerian youth

Dr Oyeleke Ajiboye is the Group Managing Director and CEO of Efficacy Group. In his younger days, Oyeleke had his secondary education at Command Day Secondary School, Community Grammar School and tertiary education at Lagos State Polytechnic and subsequently, University of Lagos.

After graduation, Oyeleke worked with multiple companies where he supervised engineering projects before venturing out fully to run Efficacy Homes Limited. The company that later grew into a group, which started with one company has evolved to a conglomerate with companies in varying sectors and a powerful client base.

He eventually went on to acquire postgraduate degrees including a master’s degree in project management from Project Management College UK, masters in international business management from Lincoln University, USA, PhD in housing and estate development and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford. He became the first Nigerian to complete the Advanced Masters class in Negotiation and Leadership at the Harvard Law School, USA.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and economic growth, Oyeleke has continued to invest in sectors including agriculture, real estate, oil & gas, building and infrastructure and Healthcare. He is a recipient of several prestigious awards including the Global leader of integrity merit award, 10 most powerful Nigerians with business under 40 award,  The Across Nigeria Outstanding Leaders Gold Award among others.

As a philanthropist, he founded Oyeleke Ajiboye Foundation popularly called OAF, a non-governmental organization focused on empowering youths and widows. Over the past years, the foundation has provided scholarships to hundreds of secondary and tertiary students.
