Minna—Niger State government has restricted the movement of heavy and articulated vehicles plying highways in the state to between 10p.m. and 6a.m. with immediate effect from next Tuesday.
The regulated time, to last for two weeks, will be followed by total restriction to enable government fix Minna-Kateregi-Bida Road and Eastern by-pass on township roads through to Paiko-Suleja-Abuja Road.
