INDIGENOUS 4G operator,  Cyberspace Network Limited, is launching a corporate social responsibility (CSR) Initiative which will see to connecting Nigerian universities on free wi-fi network to boost their academic and research works. The free WIFI facility, known as Surfwella will be launched and made available to Nigerian universities across the country today.
