A NON governmental organization, the Public and Private Development Center, PPDC, appointed by the Federal Government to monitor the execution of Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, intervention projects in select schools in Anambra State has uncovered how the contractors ripped government off with shoddy jobs after collecting the money.
