Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State has raised alarm over alleged plot by opposition politicians in the state to connive with a communication service provider in the country to send bulk sms with phone numbers of PDP chieftains in the state, threatening staff of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to ensure that PDP candidates won the last December 10 re-run elections in the state.
