As part of activities lined marking the 78th Anniversary of Ikoyi Club 1938, members, led by Club chairman, Major General Mufutau Balogun RTD, the Vice Chairman, Sola Adeosun, Secretary, Mr Tokunbo Ogundipe and other members of the General Committee and Anniversary Sub Committee visited the Children Developmental Centre (CDC) in Surulere, Lagos on Wednesday, last week.

The visit, which is part of the Club’s community service saw the chairman present gift items tothe Service Director of the Centre, Dr (Mrs) Akindayomi. General Balogun, while presenting the gifts expressed his pleasure with the Management of the CDC and urged the Service Director not to relent in the good work they have set in place.

On her part, the Service Director of the CDC expressed her gratitude to the Club for its continued support over the years. She promised that the centre will continue in its stride to continually improve on the quality of care for the children
