A cleric, Pastor Toyin Praise, says he has discovered a new concept in Mathematics which he terms Alphabetic Mathematics.

Praise, a graduate of Philosophy, explained at press conference in Lagos, that he discovered and developed the Alphabetic Mathematics concept while reading Bill Gates’ book, The Road Ahead. “The book is about cipher and deciphering which explained how alphabets “ULFW WZXX could represent “Dear Bill” in the literacy translation.” He said.

The cleric, who is also the President and Founder of Branch Ministries International, explained that “Just like Algebra, Geometry and Applied Mathematics among others, this new concept can be applied for technological uses and studies in schools at all levels. This discovery is a programme that focuses on the analysis of quantities, magnitude forms and their relationships, using alphabets. I challenge mathematics scholars all over the world to put my discovery to test and disprove it if they can.”

After the challenge, Praise added; “Thinking is one of the greatest instruments that led to this discovery. I suddenly discovered that for any of the letters above to substitute for another, it can only happen on a given frequency. Otherwise, you cannot substitute for D or vice versa, L for B or vice versa, or even any letter substitute for another in any coded message.

“Basically my discovery is that in ciphering and deciphering, there is a hidden unit of Mathematics the world has not known, which is Alphabetic Mathematics or Alph Maths for short. I will not disclose all my formula here but I challenge any one in any part of the world to meet me and put this discovery to test.”
