Uyo—WIFE of Akwa Ibom State governor, Mrs. Martha Emmanuel, has expressed worry over the increasing cases of teenage pregnancy and involvement of young people in anti-social behaviours in the state and the country as a whole.

Addressing female non-indigenes resident in the state comprising of Arewa Consultative Forum, Igbo Community, Niger Delta States and Oduduwa People’s Congress, yesterday, in her office, Mrs Emmanuel reminded them that mothers have a major responsibility in ensuring proper upbringing of their children.
