ABUJA – MEMBERS of the House of Representatives, Thursday, passed President Goodluck Jonathan’s letter that rejected the entire constitution amendment process carried out by the 7th Assembly.

The presiding officer, Aminu Tambuwal immediately after saying the day’s prayer ruled that the letter should be sent to the adhoc committee on constitution amendment for further  legislative action
